“‘The Continental’ Trailer Breakdown: Young Winston vs. Mel Gibson’s Kingpin – Who Will Reign Supreme?”

The official trailer for “The Continental,” the latest movie in the “John Wick” series, has been revealed by Peacock.

The Continental

“The Continental” is a fascinating ode to New York in the 1970s.

It has Donna Summer songs, club scenes that look like Studio 54, and a lot of guns set against the dark and dirty streets of the city.

The Lionsgate Television project started getting attention in 2017 and was supposed to show on Starz at first.

Gibson plays Cormac, a cruel kingpin, and Woodell plays Winston Scott, who was played by Ian McShane before.

Ayomide Adegun, Peter Greene, Ben Robson, Hubert Point-Du Jour, Jessica Allain, Mishel Prada, and Nhung Kate are also in the three-part drama.

Gibson tells Woodell in the trailer, “This holy institution has more power than you can imagine.”

“The “Continental” was created by Greg Coolidge, Kirk Ward, and Shawn Simmons, who also write for the show along with Ken Kristensen.
